'Super mooi hotel maar avonds buiten komen is niet aan te raden rondt het hotel '

'prima hotel prima buurt'

'Kleine kamer die niet helemaal schoon was. Vlekken in de handdoeken en haren in het bed. Matige badkamer waar weinig warm water uit de douche kwam. Locatie vlakbij downtown maar ver van toeristische plekken als Santa Monica, Beverly Hills of Hollywood. De schoonmaakster was wel heel behulpzaam toen onze code die we kregen niet klopte. Zou deze niet per se aanbevelen.'

'Disgusting!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE WERE AT LEAST 4 cockroaches that I had to terminate. I even showed the owner she just picked it up and threw it away. I squished another bug as well. We couldn’t sleep. We were nervous about the cockroaches. The blanket was SUPER thin!!! When I tried to explain to the manager that there were more and we couldn’t sleep she said they don’t have any during the day and when the door is opened they come in. She wouldn’t give me any kind of discount. This place...

'Used for long term students stay. Enough said.'

'Booked this place 2 months in advance and was told upon arrival they didn’t have my booking. The area is very sketchy and exterior very run down. Its not worth the stay, find somewhere else and don’t take the chance!'

'Nice hotel with small but well equipped gym and rooftop pool. Rooms were minimalistic and stylish and spacious enough. Bed sleeps well. Ear plugs available in your hotel room. Enough breakfast and diner options in the area. '

'The room was nice and clean, housekeeping stopped by every day. The street noise on the other hand was a bit much, double glazing could take care of that. And possible opt for a small microwave in the room? Sometimes one just needs a hot snack... '

'We were here for our daughter's wedding and had a block of rooms for family and guests. As part of the wedding weekend, there was a welcome party at the rooftop bar for around 120 people. The hotel, rooftop bar, and staff did an outstanding job all week-end, of hosting us and all our guests. A special shout out to Cedric, Noah, and Mike at the front desk - thank you for all you did. The rooftop welcome party at the Broken Shaker, had the most amazing food, drinks and staff that kept all guests...

'Friendly and helpful staff. Large, modern rooms. Good connection to LAX. Hotel provides free rides in the DTLA area, which was quite convenient as a business traveller. The hotel does not include breakfast, but there are plenty of places to eat right outside (just not on Sundays).'

'Beautiful Property! Very grateful 👏🙏❤️'
