'Nice experience, everyone helpful and firendly. Process of checking in worked well, excpet the first code didnt work. After aoncukting the support hotline eveything worked fine. The appartment was clean but small. The ac was a bit noisy but nothing too bad. Oberall good experience. Can recommend'

'Perfect spot for Lakers games! We always stay at this hotel because it’s walking distance to Crypto and LA Live. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly, and it’s reliable every time. Only downside is the loud aircon. It’s too loud and disrupts sleep. We turn it off sometimes and the room gets warm. Bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. Still our go-to for game nights!'

'Our room was clean and the A/C was working. There was a musty smell coming from the vents of the A/C, but we were happy to have cool air as we stayed in LA when it was warmer outside (March 2026). Staff at the front desk were not very friendly, but they did answer questions. We were lucky enough to find parking in the upper level of their adjacent garage (there are only 10 or so parking spots available in the upper lot). We would rather have an elevator that is accessible from within the lobby...
