'Overall the Best Western hotel gives you a great experience with luxury rooms and friendly staff at the desk. The moment you enter the breakfast room everything changes. First of all they can’t meet the needs of those with allergies, which means that breakfast included is worthless. Also the staff in the breakfast room is equally as grumpy. It takes away from the nice experience.
Also there’s no laundry service, having said so there are several in the area.
