'No key handover. Slow communication and doubled parking fee than previously announced (20 Euro per day) We had to wait outside in the cold for 30min even though we notified the host several time before arriving (30 minutes via telephone). '

'Great and helpful staff.'

'A very charming hotel, ideally located with super convenient parking right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.'

'personeel!!! Niets gemerkt. Jammer!'

'Good stay I’m nice hotel and town'

'Nice room, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, perfect location.'

'This apart/hotel location is not for everyone. Very stiff hill makes it difficult to walk around. TV channels are limited, room is very small, beds were not comfortable it all . Blankets and pillows were great . Cleaning crews were the best. Last four days of our stay was not hot water, we had no showers. Four stars for this place is definitely overrated. This is the fifth time we are visiting Karlovy Vary and our expectations get lower and lower . Thanks'

'Heerlijk eten. Kamer was schoon. Personeel vriendelijk '

'Good hotel. Breakfast was at a restaurant down the street. You got a little container of yoghurt with granola and fruit and you got to choose a meal, a hot beverage, and a cold beverage. It was very good and filling! The room was very big and clean with a nice balcony. The only downside was that the curtains let in a lot of light in the morning. Across the street is a furnicular that brings you next to a parking garage. If coming with the car, I recommend parking here. Walking from the parking...

'Fint men saknade luftkonditionering.
