'In deze toeristen stad Marrakesh lijkt alles goedkoop maar het is een toeristen stad met toeristen prijzen, zo ook dit hotel, alles is wel OK maar voor een westerse prijs verwachten we ook een westerse standaard. Dit was redelijk het geval, des ondanks was alles OK. Bijvoorbeeld: Al is de hygiëne wel goed en werd er elke dag schoongemaakt. 'There’s no doubt this is a stunning property. We stayed in a delux villa which was also beautifully furnished. Being Relais & Chateâux we expected service to be of very high standard which it certainly was not. There’s clearly a lack of leadership and proper training.'
