'Very clean and more than enough room for a couple and a large dog. Less than a 10 minute ride to downtown Asheville and a 5 minute ride to downtown Weaverville (which was unexpectedly cute).'

'This is a great house for a long weekend in Asheville. The home was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to all the Asheville activities. The owner was super responsive and incredibly helpful during our stay. Only thing to note is that the house is on a pretty busy street, not an issue but just something to keep in mind if you have kids and/or pets with you. Overall, we had an excellent time and would stay here again!'

'I attended a conference at the Omni Hotel up the street, and the Three Bears cottage was an excellent way to leave campus while remaining nearby. It was a great neighborhood, and the cottage was perfect. Highly recommended!'

'My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cottage. The renovations to the house are modern and nice and we were very comfortable. I hot tub was great and the outdoor fireplace and tv were nice. There are several jets not working in the hot tub but it was still relaxing. We hope to return in the future.'

'As fabulous on my return visit as the first time - couldn't have been better! The owner is so helpful in every way. My visit relaxed and refilled me completely, which is what I wanted. It's also a wonderful base camp. There are brochures of fun stuff in the area. The rolling green hills, the grazing horses and mini-donkey, the mountains in the distance, put beauty all around. My stay was perfect!'

'We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the attention to details of our host. It was nice to have Kleenex, napkins, and extra counter space for tolietries in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the Biltmore as well as tubing in Mars Hill. It even snowed Friday night! The kids loved the loft area as they felt like they had a space to themselves. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!'

The fireplace and A/C worked well. The WiFi does not work. There is a larger house and this place is an apartment/cabin over the detached garage. 'My wife and I enjoyed a few nights here as we attended a Bible conference. Things were clean and the area is beautiful. The shower was nice and roomy and the waterfall fixture made for an enjoyable relaxing time after long days. The bed could be upgraded to provide an even better experience.'

'Family stayed for a few days in this cozy, ideally located home. Home was beautiful, beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, and off-street parking to boot - couldn’t be more ideal. We walked to morning coffee and sandwiches at the bodega, lunch beers just around the corner and the best ice cream sandwiches literally right next door. Highly recommended.'
