Cozy clean super comfortable the surrounding ( the village) quaint and gorgeous friendly bar downstairs gave first drink on the house for guests the breakfast was delicious and homemade wonderful service bed unbelievably comfortable I could move in ! Honestly I wish I could give it 100 stars and more ! We will go back for sure … Christmas lights( sweet and tasteful) were a bonus as were the homemade eco friendly...

'The name of this hotel is somewhat misleading, it is in Norwich but not within the city limits. Even though everything is perfect, but of no fault of their own it is next to the FC Norwich Football stadium. It will b e quite congested when there is a game on.'

'The location worked really well, it is near to a boatyard where we were able to hire a day boat to explore the Broads. The food was excellent and the staff so friendly and helpful. A lovely relaxing stay, thank you. '
