'Booked it as a family member is in area for medical care. Booked two queen beds, only got a king. The staff were very helpful to remedy this situation. Online reported parking is included and onsite, which it is not. Then after getting dinner, we discovered the TV did not work for channels. Called down to desk and they reported they forget to inform us but Internet worked, it was a provider issue for the channels. Yet I could not mirror or use my laptop to use on the TV. 'for the price the falmouth inn was "alright". not exactly cheap, but at the lower end for this town. the facility is a run-of-the-mill motel. our room was clean, the bathroom functional and the beds were good (3 pillows/person !) the location is very close to the martha's vineyard ferry. the breakfast was quite poor: a bunch of machines and paper plates with plastic utensils. the whole place just looks thrown-together. no love or detail in the decorum. just all plastics.'
