'This house was perfect for our getaway. Rebecca, the host, was extremely responsive and helpful during our trip. The house was as advertised. It was clean, well equipped, and the location was perfect as well '

'Brand new construction with beautiful modern and clean furnishings. Immaculate interior design. Location could not be beat, especially if you don't have a car on the island! It is down the street from the Vineyard Haven ferry stop for the public bus service, which takes you everywhere you'd want to go on the island. Mike was also incredibly helpful with making sure that everything was ready for our stay and providing local recommendations.'

'The hosts are excellent people, great communicators who want VBRO guests to have an outstanding experience. Chappy is a wonderful retreat from the rest of the world. That is my only word of caution, it requires a ferry to eat out or shop. Otherwise this is a great place to read write meditate beach and let go of everyday worries. It has a higher price tag because your paying for a premium location, guest service experience and higher quality accomodation.'

'We aren't sure where the previous reviews came from. But, our experience was not the same. The host communicated the entry information the week before we arrived and the directions were clear. We attempted to communicate with the host via text, email and through vrbo to ask if we could drop our luggage off arly. But we never received any replies.The apartment is located within walking distance of the ferries, shopping and dining in Oaks Bluff. It looks like it has been recently remodeled as far...

'Great location. Walking distance to downtown. Clean. We stayed during Christmas and had about 2-3” of snow. Host was prompt and replied early saying they were looking for someone to shovel the walkway (which wasn’t necessary). Would absolutely come back and stay here. Loved it!! Thank you!'

'Was promoted as a hotel which it is not. Check in was a nightmare arrived at night was left a map and key in an envelope to my cottage could barely read it. Roads to cottage were dark, small and not well marked, had difficulty finding the cottage. No where to eat or get a drink even coffee. People were in Clubhouse when I arrived but locked doors and would not open. This is a country club with some cottages for rent. You are on your own in the middle of nowhere. Would never go back.'
