'The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. The outdoor torches on ground are all broken and non-working. I know it is early in the season and I picked up as much as I could reach. It was chilly and it took awhile to heat up, as some of the rooms are space...

'My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. You can't beat the location if you're there to drive oversand and tour all the beauty that Chappaquiddick has to offer. The home was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Communication with the owners was prompt and comforting. We're looking forward to future stays!'

'We had a fabulous time at Cape Cod and this could not have been a more perfect rental for us. The house is so well furnished! Great kitchen supplies, lots of towels, selection of pillows and so comfortable. It was very clean. It was also nice to have a washer and drier with laundry detergent supplied! It’s located a block from the water and an easy walk to downtown in a quiet area. If we’re ever back in the area we’ll certainly want to stay here.'

Ce fût très pratique lorsque nous sommes partis en excursion à Nantucket ! Et le mémorial de JFK n'est pas loin non-plus. Une bonne adresse pour notre séjour ! We loved the backyard, the location was great to get to stores and restaurants and the inside of the home was comfy, updated and super clean. We will be coming back. 'The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return.'

'My friend and I had a wonderful time at your cottage. My friend had not visited the Cape in a long time so it was fun for both of us to go exploring. And it was great that the cottages were right on the beach so we did not have to drive anywhere to soak up the sunshine.'

'We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!'

'My husband and I visited in late October and were so happy we chose this home. The coastal view was unreal and the seals popping up were so special and we got a lot of enjoyment watching the local bird life as well! On a clear night the moon and stars shown so brightly over the water it was incredible. On our last day we chatted with the neighbor who is also the owner and learned some fun information about the house and life on the coast. Please know that the road to get to the house in unpaved...

'Nice quiet space. Clean with up to date kitchen. Although the weather was only in the 50s, views from the house was the pond with some ocean beyond. Please note that the laundry was in the cellar with access via very steep stairs with only a railing half way down. We had to leave early on checkout day, so getting towels washed, dried & folded as requested was a challenge. Overall, the experience was delightful & relaxing.'
