  • ~ Ontsnap even aan de wereld en vind rust ~

    Comfortabel, gezellig en pas gerenoveerd huis, geschikt voor zes personen. Dicht bij winkels, Mashpee Commons, stranden, geweldige restaurants, golfbanen en andere bezienswaardigheden op Cape Cod.

    Ons huis ligt in een woonwijk met snelle toegang tot Rt. 28, waardoor je overal op Cape Cod kunt komen! Er zijn twee slaapkamers op de begane grond (met elk een queensize bed), een ruime zolder met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een slaapbank met uitschuifbed, een complete badkamer, een woon- en eetkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Geniet van onze mooie, omheinde tuin en het aangrenzende terras met een gasbarbecue en zitgelegenheid. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn inbegrepen.

House was very conveniently located. Everything was clean and all necessary items were tgere and easily located. Host gave us an early check in which was a godsend as it was the very smoky day and my elderly dad needed to rest in the ac. Would definitely recommend!

Family in town for vacation/family reunion

Perfect Cape house to stay and spend time during our evenings, after our busy days venturing out to all the convenient locations including the beach, Cape Cod baseball games, ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, and other cute cape towns.

We appreciated the detailed information provided to us prior to our arrival and the additional information in the books.The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. One issue we noticed was the local antenna on the TV did not work for local stations. We couldn't connect the TV to the wifi for casting. Perhaps it is an older TV. The TV did not appear to have a wifi connection. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again. Very pleased with the experience and location. The location is central to all of the Cape and ferries.

Nice place to stay while in Cape Cod

Very nice house, located in a perfect for a home base in which to visit the Cape. Clean and comfortable. Would stay there again. Just two of us staying there so we used the main floor only. Good layout with room to relax after a long day. Nice deck outside too.

Loved our time in Mashpee!

We had a wonderful Cape getaway here. The house was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable, clean and great location. Easy access to Mashpee commons (less than a mile). The host was responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay! I was there for the Falmouth road race and getting in and out of town was a breeze. House was very clean. Shower pressure amazing ha (don’t always get that). Joel responded promptly to any questions we had. Look forward to returning.

Cape Cod

We rented this house it was close to Joint Base( our son is in the Coast Guard). What caught our eye on deciding which rental to go with was how bright and cheerful it looked, and it did not disappoint us. We’re looking forward to renting it again 😊

Very nice place!

We are a Family of 5 and the Kids loved the Place. It was big enough for all of us. It was clean and the kitchen was well equiped. Eveything was in good condition. Lots of towels (Brand new) and the Washer and dryer çame in Handy. I was a Bit hesitant at first as the properly was marked as new on the market. Definitely are not disappointed and Great lt. recommend

"Your Dream Cape Cod Getaway Awaits: Comfort, Charm, and Endless Fun!"

Our first stay at this Cape Cod gem was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we walked through the door, we were struck by the beautiful decor and perfectly designed space. The two master bedrooms were cozy retreats, and the full bathroom was more than accommodating. The upstairs loft, with its three twin beds under a charming skylight, was a kid’s dream—plenty of space for games, laughter, and late-night chats. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and family room area was ideal for spending quality time together. We loved the selection of movies, board games, and other entertainment thoughtfully provided by the host. It made our evenings together just as special as our days exploring Cape Cod. Having a washer and dryer on hand was a lifesaver, nice fans in the bedrooms and the abundance of extra towels showed just how much care had gone into making this house a true home away from home. Every detail was considered, from the decor to the amenities, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Our only small suggestion would be to add some plastic dishes—our 3-year-old grandson could have really used them! But this is a minor note in an otherwise flawless stay. We’re already counting down the days until we can return. Joel, the host, was incredibly responsive and even sent us a list of must-visit spots in the area, making our first Cape Cod experience even better. We can’t wait to come back and make more memories in this wonderful home!
