'Check in was fine and it's a basic 3 star hotel so I didn't have high expectations but to be told I have to plunge my kids rooms toilet and then only offered towels as a way to have the floor and toilet cleaned after dirty human waste water gets everywhere since the toilet was overflowing, is beyond disappointing and disturbing. There was never an offer to have housekeeping come and clean the bathroom room as soon as they came in the next day. Nope....Just an offer of towels. The manager the the...

'Stayed for MSU graduation. Every staff member interaction was great, special shout out to Kyra who was in charge of room we rented for the reception- she was wonderful to work with, as was Ellie at the front desk. Comfortable accommodations, would stay again!'

'Location was perfect right off highway, lots of food and stores around. Less that 10mins from the university. Room could use some dusting, faucet looked like it had some kind of water build up, just could be cleaner and more updated. Staff was friendly. One issue we had was that they made a copy of our credit card, had signature and id all our info. When asked why they needed, explanation didn’t really make sense so we asked for that copy back which after a bit of back and forth they gave to us....

'I choose the hotel as one of my other options had clearly mentioned their pool is going under maintenance.. decided to book this.. and for all my stay their pool area was not working, when asked it was a regular maintenance and would take couple hours.. however these couple hours lasted my whole stay.. my kids were disappointed'

'We had a prepaid reservation. When we arrived there was a note on a closed hotel door saying “ sorry, no vacancy. If made a reservation we will refund you”. Still waiting for an apology on a graduation weekend in a university town and my refund + the difference what I had to pay in a last minute reservation in a hotel. '

'I have been at this hotel several times. The only persistent issue is the very poor valet service. They do not have enough people to get cars and I have waited 20 min- 1 hour to get my car'
