'Perfect place and very nice personel! We will come back ;)'

'Nice basic Italian B&B. Has all you need. Friendly owner. Spacious room with airconditioning. Comfy bed. You can have a good breakfast outside in the shade. We could park our car in the garden. Good pizza place around the corner.'

'The location of the villa is excellent. In a few minutes, you are within the city walls. We rented bikes for 2 days, which were great for exploring the city. The room is big enough, the shower is a little small, but has a good water jet. The owner pointed out many sights in the city and he even picked us up from the station! When we left for Pisa again, he even brought our suitcase to the station, so we could walk around in the city for an hour. Breakfast is also good.'

'This was a GREAT stay! Perfect location ... right in the Roman theater arena, yet our room was not on the inside of the walls, so it was nice and quiet at night. Accommodations were wonderful, clean and comfortable; location was perfect. We were at the arena, close to the Roman wall around the city, and very close and walkable to several food, shopping, and historical sights. Definitely recommend this location!'
