"Prima ligging. "

"My experience left a lot to be desired. I booked this hotel to spend the last night of our trip in Albania and celebrate my partner's birthday. It is advertised as a "spa" hotel, but neither Expedia nor the hotel website mention that the water facilities are seasonal and only open in the summer. Visiting in April, the included "spa" experience was limited to a single sauna. While one receptionist was very kind, the rest of the staff was unhelpful. Our AC didn't work, and we were told "nothing could be done", so we had to sleep with the windows open because it was a hot day in Tirana. The restaurant staff was extremely uninviting too, we felt like an inconvenience rather than guests. On a positive note, the Deluxe room was nice, breakfast was good, and the location is convenient for the airport (though far from any other attractions). Other than that, this was far from a 5-star experience."

"Schone kamer, heerlijke bedden, alleen de gang waar de kamers aan liggen is heel gehorig. Je hoorde de receptie telefoon in de kamer galmen. Verder zeker aan te raden zo vlakbij het vliegveld "
