The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). 'Everything about our stay was perfect and beyond expectations: the wonderful staff, the spacious and tastefully decorated room, the cozy down comforter and pillows, the thoughtful in-room amenities, the complimentary afternoon Segal wine with crackers and cookies, and the delicious coffee and more. The hotel’s excellent location and convenient onsite garage were an added bonus. We’re already looking forward to staying at Carmella again the next time we’re in Haifa.'
