'Good'

'Hala at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. When we needed something like robes or towels the staff was very attentive. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed and bedding was so comfortable we slept late every morning. Great shower and nice products. Loved the big sink:) The hot tubs were delightful. The patio was a nice place to sit outside. They can use a few more umbrellas and perhaps get the corners when sweeping- not sure what that feathery stuff was:(. Loved this place and...

'Niet geschikt voor ouderen. Geen hulp met koffers. De hotel is in sort winkelcentra. '

'I was suprised to see a hostel that is not falling from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice , with place to walk seat nice gardens, all is clean and well maintained. Sleeping was amazing , its quiet and the mettress is very good , the room was modern and good looking and the plus that you can take rooms was see view balcony. The hostel located on high point so you always can find good spots to seat and relax around the propety and have great air and sea view! Great place I really loved it. Allot of...

'Air conditioning was very sub--par'

'We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. In line with other reviews, there is a restaurant below and there was some noise from that. It bothered us sometimes more than others. The layout is as in the online pictures, so it was not a...

'jammer dat niet aangegeven hoe te bereiken met de auto. moeilijk te vinden. ook de parkeer garage.'

'Easy check in nice room the only thing is there are no face or hand towels were provided '

'Fantastico, monolocale spazioso con vista sul mare con angolo cottura completo di forno a microonde e piano cottura a induzione, ferro da stiro, bagno spazioso con vasca, il tutto ad un ottimo prezzo. Non potevamo trovare di meglio.'

'The good: location and view. Right on the beach. The ugly: the pictures I saw when booking are not at all what we got. The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same...

'Our stay at Zidan Sarai Suite was incredible. We have traveled a lot and this is one of the most unique places we have stayed. The owner, Zidan, has done an amazing job in renovating his family’s place. No detail was overlooked to ensure his guests would have a memorable experience. Zidan met us at the property, gave us a tour of the suite along with the history of the building. Both, Zidan and his suite, are special. We will return to Acre just to stay here again. Thank you, Zidan, for...

'Clean property and was great for parking as it was accessible to a free parking lot next to the building. Also walkable neighborhood. Clean hotel and spacious and beautifully designed, and staff were very friendly. For a 5 star hotel i was hoping to see some additional amenities such as a bidet in the bathroom, some toiletries in the bathroom were missing, more than a single water bottle during my stay, and there wasnt a lounge area to accept guests except for a small breakfast area that didnt...

'Amazing relaxing stay… room was big with a beautiful terrace with sun beds with an amazing view. Very clean. Staff were incredibly friendly really made you feel welcome. And the food was probably the best I have eaten…. Massive voices with the most delicious produce. The spa was also very good, loved my massage'

'A great Hotel for adults only (16+) so super quiet and chill. Rooms and facilities like pool and sauna were excellent. Location is awesome- there's a lot of nature around and also only 10-15 mins away from Haifa. A great spot for a quick weekend getaway!'
