'We enjoyed our stay at Gennoya. It was very close to the metro station and centrally located. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.'

The room itself was cozy, well-appointed, and full of personality—and we especially appreciated that because we happened to be there during a typhoon and spent a lot of time lounging there as we waited for the worst of the storm to pass. 'It was too hot because the AC was supposed to be turned on by guests. We put up with being sweaty for 6 hours until the weak AC finally worked enough. And then, the AC suddenly stopped. We tried to reset it but it never worked again. The AC, that also sprashed water, probably has a problem. We hope you would maintain the AC and wouldn't save cooling cost in shared area.'
