'The place is really beautiful and relaxing. We had a great experience! Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. Overall we would absolutely stay here again! There are so many great activities that the house offers, I really appreciated...

'The property is well equipped and comfortable. Its easy to get to and right on the lake. Beautiful picture windows overlook Oneida Lake, and make the living area so serene. It was very rainy while we were there, but that did not lessen our enjoyment of this cute lake house!'

'Our stay was perfect! It was so lovely to wake up every morning to the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. There is a fabulous town called Skaneateles that is 10 minutes away - it had great restaurants and shops, wine store- it was a really beautiful town on the lake. Overall wonderful stay!'
