'1 negative point: the tilt windows do not close properly, so that odors of food preparations from other studios seep in. Positive: excellent cleaning team who perform their work every 2 days. I also got a gecko as a pet for free :o) Overall: value for money.'

'Residences Alizees Spa is an apartment-hotel. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and the proprietor complained about not receiving payment from the owner of the apartment prior to our arrival. He also disputed whether our reservation should be honored. We contracted through Cheaptickets to pay when we arrived. The area surrounding the complex was not like the photos on the website advertising the property. It was in a poorly developed part of town with no infrastructure to accommodate hotel...

'We stayed at West Island by Horizon Holiday. Robby was friendly and welcomed us warmly. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a strong sewage smell that spread into the living room. Despite attempts to fix it, the smell remained, so we couldn’t use that room and had to share the remaining two. This negatively affected our overall experience.
