'Had to click on something to get to this part of the review. Never actually stayed at the hotel, but spoke to a lady called Catherine who was brilliant! We had to cancel due to family commitments, but good old Expedia wouldn’t refund as they said I was too late to do as, but I took out the cancellation cover with them which said I could cancel up to the 3/5, but they thought different. I will never use Expedia again. You need to speak to people not robots!!'

'This is the worst hotel I have ever booked via Hotels.com. I stayed in Room 4, right under steps and all night you can hear people going up and down. TV did not work and it was extreamly dirty behind TV. Carpet was full of stains including what looks like an Iron that burned the carpet by the bathroom. Bed skirt was coverred in stains. Chair by the desk is broken and also full of stains. Curtains are to small for the window and a blue neon light from outside keep the room very bright. Breakfast...

'Communication regarding check-in was awful. Room was really cold when I got in. Couldn't lock door at first, had to mess about freeing rhe lock (should not be my job!!) No towels or soap available. No hot water on tap. No tea/coffee making facility, although there was a kettle so at least I could get some hot water, but no cups/mugs. Went down into what I'd believed was a communal lounge & kitchen to be told by a chap who was sleeping in the lounge that it is a private room (No lock on...

'Goed hotel, loopafstand naar de NEC, maar ze hebben in Engeland geen last van hoge enegeriekosten. Bloedheet op de kamer (24 graden) en niet koel te krijgen. Raam kan op een kiertje, maar dat is onvoldoende. Kortom is slapen door de warmte een drama'
