'This hotel did not have key cards it has house keys the hotel staff was caught inside my room 3 times snooping while they thought all of us were sleeping in the room scared my kids out of a sound sleep in the middle of the night the first time and then was caught 2 more times while my kids sat awake and quiet scared to death I would not recommend ANYONE stays here especially if the have kids! Very scetchy not safe!!!'

'Breakfast was great and the grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The room was good, but not great, perhaps the staff could be trained to look at the details and not the overall picture. An extra minute or two cleaning, goes a long way.'

'With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children. However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare! The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax...
