'The layout was a bit odd. The coffee setup was completely unsanitary and old and undrinkable. The coffee, sugar and creamer were in an open stackable 3 glass dish contraption. Excellent location as it's about 13 miles from Santa Maria NWR, Estero Llano State Park, Bentson Rio Grande State Park and about 8 miles from Edinburgh Scenic Wetlands. There are lots of restaurant chains plus a Costco and Walmart within 2 miles. Easy access to the expressway. Private entrance with a parking space in front of the door. A very nice neighborhood.
