'I love it'

'I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. I explained again and again what happened and what the hotel had told me before. Finally they said '

'Its a cute place to stay with many places to walk to. The bed was awful, i can pretty much sleep in any bed, but the matress had to be one of the worst. My back hurt so bad in the morning same with my fiances back. The breakfast isnt what i would called the traditional continental breakfast. It is grab and go items which is fine, but they should clarify that especially for 300 a night. The staff was very kind, one of the ladies had no clue on recommendation for resturants and she seemed stumped...

'No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. I didn’t want to give a bad review but I have emailed and messaged the hotel since then and only get automated responses. It was a disappointment because we like going...

'Everything you need is provided. A clean room, many yummy places to eat and drink. Entertainment available and just exploring is entertainment in itself.'

'Toilet Paper Roll Bracket was not attached to the Bathroom Wall. Queen Bed was Terribly Soft and Very Difficult to get rest on. Refrigerator footing was off center and rocked when opened. Smoke Alarm next to Bathroom Door Blinked every ~ 10 Seconds or so 24/7 which made it difficult to sleep if you were facing it. Smoke Alarm above Queen Bed went Off in and around 12:00 A.M. Midnight when Heat was On warming Room up.'

'Yes shops near by. Stayed at your location because it was easy access to St. Jospeh's Hospital . Staff was very courteous and kind. I felt very safe with the underground parking situation. I thought the breakfast was very good and I enjoyed Keurig machine with many coffees and lattes. we will recommend this hotel to others and would stay again anytime. '
