'The room was clean. Interesting that there were no closets, just hangers but it works just fine. The breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast. The shower was not hot, and at times it was barely warm. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet so we did get good sleep. '

'House keeping was supposed to come 3 times during our 1week stay. We had to request towels, hand towels & washcloths 2 times due to housekeeping NOT coming. We were out all day for all 7 days so housekeeping should have had NO problem '

'Staff all around was rude, unhelpful and impatient, especially the cashiers. Waited 20 minutes for an iron and almost one hour for other items and had to go to the front desk for them. The property is dated and the rooms were dark and musty. Kids had a mediocre time. Didn't try the food other than the dipping dots Late check out at 2pm is an additional $59.00 Wristbands used to open the gate out the parking lot don't work well. Lady at time share kiosk seemed more like a used car salesman...

'This is my third stay here and from the front desk to the Valet team they are the kindest most accommodating people. This is my place to stay in Scottsdale!'

'It is a nice property. We had an odd shaped room. The layout was tight and awkward, but I'm an sure not all rooms are like the one we stayed in. I liked that there is a mini kitchen. You need to get to the pool early to get a lounge chair in the sun, if that is what you are looking for. There are lots of activities. Check-in and check-out were very easy. If you drive, parking is a very expensive per day rate, in my opinion.'
