'Upon entering the room smelled of very strong cleaning materials, so much that we had to keep the windows open all night to air it out. The TV and coffee maker did not work. The air filter was filthy and needed to be changed. There was only one additional sheet and a thin blanket to use for the fold out sofabed.'
