The sheets were pulled up on the bed and seemed new, but otherwise there was food on the floor, all through the suite, a curtain was half pulled down from one of the windows, and more. But when we complained the hotel staff upgraded us to a new, nicer (and clean) room, which was great. The non-housekeeping staff couldn't have been better. However, the folks with housekeeping need a serious, serious talking to, and somebody not with housekeeping...
