'Phenomenal staff and great location, but rooms and parking fall short
I stayed at this property as a solo traveler, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the staff. Cole at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal—he easily accommodated my preferences and provided top-tier customer service. The location is also highly convenient, offering easy access to the freeway with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was also quiet for the most part.
There is a nice pool and...

'Breakfast was ok. Unfortunately it was very crowded and getting a waffle took too long. The set up was a bit awkward having to walk between tables full of other guests having their breakfast.
Otherwise the hotel is great for a one night stop. Very clean and the beds were comfy. Don't forget to pick up a cookie next to the ice water dispenser.'

'The heater didn't work and i froze the whole night. The bathroom sink didn't drain and was plugged up. the toilet smelled, and the mattress kept sliding off the frame. The TV remote barely worked... and when i asked for a blanket.... I didn't get one for at least 1/2 hour after I requested a blanket. Renting a room from this place was a mistake. I think you should refund my money.... worst place I have ever stayed in.'
