'Too close to highway but room was quiet at night.'

'The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean but the ac in our room gave off a slight smell of mold. The ac was set at 78 and it was raining in Houston, so one can expect the room to be initially damp. However, all through the night I was coughing. At a minimum, the ac needs to be cleaned and the filter exchanged.'

'Bath towels were really small and thin. No cold water in sink. Fridge didn’t work. Breakfast was basically a waffle or slice of bread. Front desk lady wasn’t very friendly. Floor tiles were popped all over. Bed blanket felt like a plastic sleeping bag. Lots of road noise. Wouldn’t recommend'

'The property was nice but the people above me were stumping the entire night and when I tried to call down to the front desk no one ever answered was around 3:00, something in the morning and went on for about an hour. They also had a baby that was screaming at the top of their lungs.'

'The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door.'

'The hotel was neat and the rooms nice and big. We had a few small issues but these were solved for us within 2 days. The area is close to Katy Mills Mall and Dennys restaurant. Close to freeway.'

'Our car got damaged in the parking lot at this hotel and the staff people gave us conflicting stories of what happened to our vehicle through the video. We paid 500$ for repair. Staff acts like they are being useful here but are not even helpful. Communication is poor.'
