'The pictures you post on this are so very deceiving, I walked in my room and walked right back out.. holes in curtains, no maintained at all.. I didn't even stay and went down the street to another hotel...lost a full nights room rate, but they did give me back my money on 3 night, personally should have been able to get all of it back.... 'Unfortunately, this hotel has changed within the past year. It appears to be the same staff and someone is not training. When I arrived at 2:30pm to check in to my room I was told I was out of luck and my room had been sold to someone else despite me paying in advance. I could not believe it and I had to escalate through a manager and fight for my room. It was unreal.
