'We had a small family reunion at Lazarus Point. The families came from north and south and met here. There was plenty of room for all of us. Awesome bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of necessities to use in the home , which was very helpful since the stores are quite a distance away. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, crabbing, boating, use of the hot tub, bird watching and relaxing all around the greats decks, dock and yard. Thank you for helping us enjoy a fun family vacation!'

'My family and I had an amazing stay!! Jacob’s correspondence was timely and very friendly from beginning to end. We had some problems with cleanliness (sheets not being washed, cobwebs, dead beetles in windowsills), and Jacob refunded our cleaning fee. Despite that, the house was beautiful and had plenty of space for our big family to move around. Be warned that there are A LOT of stairs! But nothing my older parents couldn’t handle. 'My family stayed here for a long weekend for our first ever visit to Colonial Beach. The house was perfect for us. It was as clean as it could be and was well appointed. The owner was very responsive and even got us in the house a little early which was nice since we got to town early. I have no complaints at all. 'Had a great week! Cottage is adorable, clean and cozy. Host very welcoming with treats and bowls for our dogs. House is a couple weeks from the beach and a beach parking pass is included. The beach is private and very relaxing. It was very hot that week that we visited abd tge AC was excellent. Lots of extras in the house - games, hand soaps and even ballth salts! 'The house was nice and the property is spacious. Great views from the dining room table. A little steep heading down to the dock but not terrible. Very private setting, but also only 5 mins away from pretty much anything you could need. Some nice restaurants just across the bridge in Solomons Island. Would love to return in warmer weather to take advantage of the kayaks and water.'
