Helt ok
Helt ok! Rommet er rent og pent. Mye bra ansatte rundt på hotellet. Derimot er frokosten utrolig kjedelig samt virker ut som gammel salat, frukt som har stått lenge, og lokalmaten var også litt dårlig da det smakte som om det var laget dagen før. Ville ikke anbefalt å spise frokost på hotellet. Samt dagen du skal sjekke ut (kl 12) så ringer de deg på rommet fra resepsjonen fra 10 til du har dratt. Akkurat det var utrolig irriterende. Forstår ikke helt hvordan de har så mange stjerner på Hotels. Helt ok hotell, ville antatt 3-stjerners. Pleier å sove på et annet hotell i Medan, men det var dessverre fullt når vi skulle booke. Pluss, det ser mye finere ut på bildene enn i virkeligheten.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is quite friendly. But the aircon is not so cool during day time. We lost our way when finding the lift for the first time. There is no sign or staff to guide us.

Not a Superior room.
Room did not look like a superior room that i had originally booked. Curtains were ripped and did not close fully. could here the children making noise next door plus they kept trying to open the connecting door to our room. Faucet in bathroom sink leaking all over the bench. Cockroach in the shower during showering. Wall paper coming off the walls.

The front desk staff was not professional in dealing thr guests. There were two frond desk staff and two of two guests including me. One staff entertaining the other guest, and I was standing in front of one of the staff, he was busy working on his pc, I hv to wait him finish his work, while waiting more guests coming behind me. Then when he looks up front, he just talked to the guest behind me and entertain him instead of me and ignored me. I felt unwelcome and dispointed.

Nice and strategic place to stay
Strategic place, near mall and have kids playing park up level, breakfast also have many choice so we can choose what to eat. My kids love that hot tofu water with no sugar (fresh)

The hotel is placed well in terms of access to this city. I am vegetarian and Bollywood Food Center is walking distance from this hotel. Bollywood Food Center is in a street adjacent to Sun Plaza mall

Well trained, & very professional staff
We stayed at the Cambridge Hotel on 2 separate occasions within a week apart. On my return stay, the staff who checked me in remembered me & upgraded my room to a higher floor for more comfort, which I appreciate.
