'Great place to stay while visiting friends and family. It was clean, simple, and comfortable with all needs met. The WiFi works well, the bed is big and comfortable (assuming both, I can only speak for the one I used), and it’s reasonably priced. The neighborhood was also nice for walking around my dog. It is an apartment on the bottom floor so you will hear others existing around you, but it was truly nothing out of the ordinary if you’ve stayed or lived in apartments or have spent much time in...

'Location was quiet and outdoor grill and fire pit was nice. The kitchen is furnished with a complete stove, refrigerator and microwave. The queen beds were very comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and inquiries were responded to very quickly. '

'Myself and two other business associates stayed in the home and found it to have everything we needed. The furnishings and bedding were top notch and we enjoyed our time while there. The neighborhood felt safe and was exceptionally clean. It was quite peaceful. The hosts were over the top helpful and concerned for our needs and comfort. If they aren't super hosts yet, they will be! We have an annual trip and will work to stay there again!'

'Even with the owner on property there was privacy and comfort. I enjoyed the stay and liked the fact that it was comfortable and interesting. Would return if in the area. There is a nice backyard atmosphere with colorful lighting at night. Partner enjoyed the golf game a lot! '

'Nice location, good size home. Thought it had a back yard but the front area worked well. Didn't know there was a tenant living above the property. That would have been nice to know up front but we did get to meet him. Comfortable beds and a very nice kitchen. Wish there had been some sort of saran wrap or storage containers to use while we were there. '

'Wonderful experience in Anna's Historic Home! Clean, comfortable, felt very private, and fit description and photos on listing. My mom and I greatly enjoyed the backyard, and Anna provided communication when needed. Would return and recommend to others! '

"Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. "

"Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and imho just a way to make more money off its customers. Too bad as it's a nice hotel near Riverfront park and the center of the city but I will not be staying there anymore until they get rid of this crazy 'Amenity Fee'! "
