'Wonderful '

'The view from our very spacious room was stunning. Parking is indeed free. You can drive close to the hotel, unload your bags, and then descend to the designated parking area to leave your car. The hotel is very private, and we had what felt like a private entrance. Sometimes it's nice to have a bit more contact with the staff to learn about the town, but this was not the case here. The only disappointment was the breakfast. It was not included, but for ten euros I would think they could have...

'The hotel is well maintained and right in the center of Montepulciano, walking distance to everything. The highlight of our stay was the owners, Roberto and Victoria, they were wonderful, made us feel right at home and our morning breakfast chats were genuine and informative. I highly recommend '

'The parking states “on site”, as if there was a parking lot easy and close to get to and from, especially with luggage. The parking lot is a maze to get to and quite difficult to navigate to through the tiny streets. Other then that, place was clean, staff was great Very old school italy Also the views were great and very nice and convenient location to walk around '

'Everything was amazing. Bruno made it so easy for us to get to our room, check in, know where to eat, and even made reservations for us. He is truly an outstanding host and the room and building are gorgeous. The view from our balcony was to die for. What a delight.'

'Very nice welcome by our host and we started immediately with wine tasting with cheese and bruschettas. Although we were the only guests she offered to make dinner for us. But we went into the centre of Montepulciano (walking distance) and found a few open restaurants. Beautiful centre with a few shops open despite the winter period closures. Execellent wines in Montepulciano! '

'The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day).'

'Heat didnt work, it was FREEZING. Contact didnt seem to be local, seemed like they were managing remotely and couldnt or wouldnt send anyone to help. Nor did they really seem to care. Beautiful area though!'
