The room was absolutely disgusting, very dirty, a horrible smell of pee, what looked like dried blood on the curtain and walls, mold in the bathroom and A/C unit. Staff did not seem to show any corncern when I came to complain. My family and another family staying in the room beside us both asked for refunds and to leave because of the state of the rooms and facility.'

'We stayed 2 nights in the Ramada in Brooks. This is an ideal location when visiting the Dinosaur Provincial Park and the surrounding badlands.The free included breakfast was nice. The only downside was that there were only disposable plates, knifes, cups, ... The room was spacious enough for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and was clean. When my keycard didn't access the pool area, I got immediate help from the front desk staff. The pool was nice. In the immediate surrounding of the hotel...
