'Was okay. Found that the extra sheets were just thrown in the cupboard so weren’t sure if they were clean. Also in two of the stays the shower was clogged and the second was even after we had requested they check their places. The communication was almost too much. We go to these places to get away from the phone and they messaged a lot to check up and right after we would check in. Was a bit much but they did respond quickly most of the time when we needed help. The toaster was broke in 2/3...

'perfect location in downtown Banff. We were in town for a wedding. Having the Canoe Suites across the street was ideal for picking up buses, grabbing breakfast and sitting outside by the fire for a drink. The accommodations were spot on. Wonderful and memorable time in Banff for our family.'

'Place was never cleaned, pull back sheets and hair everywhere, ( I slept on the couch) clumps of hair in the living room, hair in tub and bathroom, brown stains on kitchen floor (I'm hoping it was chocolate). Response from management "OH, that's terrible".....I would never stay there again!'
