'Price/quality is not right. The room was quite outdated and had an odd smell. We had to change our plans due to the closure of Jasper so booked last minute. Prices were sky high in Banff anyway but this hotel looked okay. On a positive note: room was quite big and there’s a (small) swimming pool, which the kids enjoyed till late at night. '

'TV was kapot, maar werd goed opgelost door een gratis ontbijt. De deur naar balkon sluit niet, en dus trok het waardoor de verwarming dag en nacht bleef draaien om het warm te houden...'

'Was a pleasant stay, rooms were clean and comfortable size for our family. Staff were very friendly, and the property was cleared of snow and ice making it easy for walking. The lack of dinner service until the 23rd of december as referenced on the website forced us seek food elsewhere, which was a bummer, but allowed us to check out other places. Was not clear nor informed if we could have been accommodated with lounge access but with minors, that seemed not possible. Family found the pool a...

'I didn’t feel great being said you won’t get your room until 4, sent on fool’s errand for a few hours just to be told, yeah, your room is still not ready, at 4:20… But, the rest of stay was pleasant enough to convince me, I’ll be back there soon! The pool was more than great.'
