The staff were very accommodating when our ferry was cancelled due to weather conditions (not to say they could do that every time I’m sure depending on reservations but they acted quickly and communicated every step of the way). 'Very satisfied with our 2-night stay. Comfortable bed and pillows with amenities that we needed. The location is so close to the vibrant town center. Just need to be able to walk some inclines and steps. Also very convenient with a 10-min walk to the main Fira bus terminal where you can go to diff parts of the island for 2 euros. The staff is great. Our host Anna is superb giving us helpful tips and quick responses to our questions. We visited the sister hotel in Akrotiri with a nice restaurant...
