The only let down is the service. We were disappointed with the service levels given the price charged for per night stay. They don’t respond to your requests immediately, you have to follow up, even to get replacement towels, breakfast, etc.'

The only draw back for us was the Air con in our family room was in the bottom of a two level appt - so the top floor where our bed was situated was like an oven even with air con on all day - we ended up sleeping downstairs and my daughter on the floor such a shame as the rest of the stay was perfect.'
