Overall experience great after we had to switch rooms due to non working safe. No fault of hotel, but also very loud at night from police and loud cars going by. Full Breakfast pretty plain. Scrambled eggs and then some kind of meat and potatoes. Continental breakfast better buy. Close to Beale Street, horse drawn carriages, and Peabody if you want to see the ducks. If you are okay walking a half mile, you can take public transportation anywhere.

Easy walking distance to Beale Street and most all downtown attractions. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Right across the street from the Autozone park and walking distance to the FedexForum.

Room was clean and comfortable and desk staff was friendly. But access to hotel for new, unregistered guests was very confusing. They lock the main door to the hotel so you can’t get in to register unless you go through a side door in the restaurant, which isn’t marked. Room phone (to call front desk) didn’t work so I had to go downstairs to ask questions.

Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and very affordable. One complaint: We were only provided cardboard coffee cups in the room - no glass or plastic glasses for water or wine.

Onsite parking is available, but website does not state that this is offered for an added fee of $40 per night. Had this been disclosed, I would not have stayed here. Room we stayed in (612) had broken reading lights on each bed. Toilet paper holder was also broken. It seems that the hotel while nice looking pictures, it is not being proactively maintained.

The deafening fire alarm went off at 11:30 pm. We hastily got dressed and used the stairs to reach the ground floor. It was, it transpired, a false alarm, but we guests got no announcement whatsoever. Very poorly handled. Moreover, our room was NOT made, for no understandable reason. All of that, coupled with the very stiff price, suggest to avoid this dump like the plague. You were warned.

The staff was super friendly & the property clean. Loved the availability of self park and that we could walk to several of our destinations. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Memphis.

Honestly not a great experience. We found tobacco items under our mattress when checking for bed bugs. Hotel staff never responded to call requests for more towels, or to fill the shampoo container that was found empty when we arrived. Would not recommend to anyone in the future.

We stayed there from 3/8/24-3/12/24. The entire staff was very kind and helpful especially Dawn from check-in through checkout. Please do whatever it takes to keep her there she is a great asset to the Hilton brand. Tan in your food service area was equally nice, the chef and the bartenders were also very kind, they made us feel very welcome from day one at the Greyhound. We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton In Memphis and will definitely return as well as recommend family and friends. My room had the worst view but not a deal breaker and my mattress was too firm for me would prefer less firm but also not a deal breaker. My only complaint was every day I asked for extra pillows because I need to sleep with my head elevated I was told that they didn’t have any, so please invest in more pillows. I would like to acknowledge all of your staff that was there for 5 days and four nights of my stay they all was very helpful and kind.

We were there for 4 nights, not once was our room cleaned. Even after calling and asking twice. There was a storm previous day, and I realize they were dealing with staffing issues, but staff was not helpful on things like where to get basic supplies. “You can look it up on your phone” was one answer. No water pressure, no coffe in room or downstairs. Kinda miserable if it wasn’t for the awesome music on Beal.

The room was clean and comfortable. i have no problem with that. I have stayed in much less expensive hotel/motels that have had wonderful breakfasts included with the price of the room. At the Hilton they charged $15 for the breakfast (eggs, bacon, dry potatoes, pancakes) and an additional 5 bucks if you took anything from the "continental" section, (juice, fruit, english muffin, toast, jelly). They said they were out of the pods for in-room coffee. Ok, well they had acceptable coffee in the breakfast area. However, the last day of my stay they didn't even have coffee there. "I'm sorry sir, but we're out of coffee" was their answer. One morning of my stay they didn't even have breakfast at all, citing they were out of food. Then, let me talk about the bar area. The place was open, but lights were off, not very inviting at all. My friend and I decided to have a hamburger in there. We each ordered at the same time. One hamburger was served 15 minutes later, and it took a full 20 minutes before the second burger was served. Over in the corner were members of the bartender's family, ie mother, sisters, little children and they didn't seem to have any problems getting their meals served. Then let me mention the snack shop. $5.00 for a simple Hershey bar. $5.00 for a little bag of chips. That's just over the top ridiculous gouging. The name "Hilton" used to mean something, but not any more to me. I would never ever ever choose Hilton for a place to stay.

Updated. Very spacious rooms. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently located downtown within walking distance to a variety of attractions. I understand they are not accustomed to snow but I was surprised the lack of snow removal on sidewalks around the facility. Overall great stay, I would definitely stay there again.

2 nights stay. Employees at this Hilton Front desk and breakfast area were NOT friendly. They acted as if they work in government office. Parking attendants were very nice. Called housekeeping on the first night about 2 lamps in the room were out but never got fixed. Very slow at filling food up at breakfast buffet which they charge for. No water next to in room Coffee maker. Special request to get 2 rooms closer on Hotel.com booking site because other guests were from foreign country. My room needed to be close to them. My request were totally ignored by rude front desk Taylor. The hotel was not at full capacity. It was deserted in first week of January. Dawn, Consierge (?) kept checking with us by text to see if everything was satisfactory. Her texts were the only good thing about the stay at this Hilton. The location was very good also. She texted she'll wave parking fees for inconveniences. But they charged it anyways till I mentioned it. Only had one breakfast but charged for 2. I walked off without eating because they were so slow refilling the empty buffet. Employees at this Hilton hurts integrity of the"Hilton" brand .
