'My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering the price. I paid approximately $316 per night for three nights (about $1,000 in total), so I expected a much higher level of service.

'The location of Es Mirador is excellent! It is easy to walk and explore nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean The in-room amenities are excellent and the beds are comfortable. We appreciated the restaurant recommendations and assistance with taxis from the friendly and helpful front desk. The only thing lacking is so minor, I hesitate to mention it but I appreciate hair conditioner in the shower. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.'
