On the first floor, it consists of the third double bedroom with an independent bathroom with shower: there is also a spacious and bright living-dining-kitchen area that gives access to a balcony/terrace with views of the square. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, vitroceramic hob, oven etc.

On the top floor there is a spectacular terrace furnished with outdoor furniture with unbeatable views of the bay of Fornells. The house has air conditioning in the living room.
