'Nous avons reservé cette maison pour un sejour en famille. La maison est parfaitement conforme a sa description, dans un havre de paix et hyper bien équipée. Nous remercions Gonzalo pour le soin apporté à notre accueil. Et nous avons eu de très bons échanges. '

'The house is situated in the peaceful harbour of Puerto Addaya in front line on the quay and is ideally located for families that choose for active vacations. The local scuba diving club is top. You can rent boats, kayaks and bikes in the harbour. Walking path Cami de cavalls from Addaya to Favaritx starts in the village and leads you through the natural parc of Es Grau. 'This is a great villa, situated at the end of a quiet road. The sea is within walking distance and and shops and red are within a short drive. The villa is we equipped with everything you need. Staff are friendly and helpful but leave you alone unless you need them. The welcome pack was an added bonus as we had a late flight in.'

'A beautiful traditional style villa.Great accomodation There were issues with the plumbing. the pressure was poor and if a shower was in use, then there was NO water from the kitchen taps. We had to turn the taps on under the kitchen sink to get water to flow to the dishwater. Quite a lot of drainage smells through the week.I suspect the property has been empty for some time. 'Lovely clean and spacious villa, beautiful pool and excellent location - 5 mins to the stunning Arenal beach, and 5 mins in the other direction to a shop and local pizza restaurant. 'The villa is in excellent location. 6 minutes walk from beautiful beach! Villa was clean and tidy with brand new AC units in each bedroom. The pool is pretty deep but very nice. Maybe one thing to mention is that there was no washing up liquid or sponge, also not a lot of toilet paper or no coffee or tee or water at all. We left those things for the next occupier and I hope cleaning team will leave it in. There are some kids beach toys in, two beach mats there. We loved it!'

"Let me start with the positive: the location is very good. The beach is one of the best in Spain and the water is crystal clear. Good for small children as there are hardly waves. The hotel is right at the beach. Just a nice walk down. The negative: we didn’t like the food so much. The rooms are small and our view was the garbage place of the hotel. What we disliked the most though were the people who come to this hotel. Mostly British families, extremely loud, drinking alcohol from the morning to the evening, smoking all the time. Think tattoos, football jerseys, bad manners. So if you want to have a bit of peace and quiet and are used to 4 stars I wouldn’t recommend this place. "
