'The rooms are always clean & the staff are amazing! I have anxiety so the ability to be able to have have conversation thru text message if I need anything while I’m staying instead of having to call the front desk or go down is amazing! The Beds being CLEAN and bug FREE are the biggest thing to me! Let’s face it…that’s the first thing I check when going into any hotel- and it should be the first thing anyone checks. This hotel passes the test EVERY TIME! If I could give them 100 stars I would!...

'Hot tub was not very clean Dog in neighboring room barked constantly. The heat/ac unit was so load '

'Overall it was a good hotel for the price I paid. The pool was great for kids and the breakfast had a lot of options. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe having some more allergy friendly options. One problem I had was that the bathroom and closet shared a door, which is fine but the real issue was that the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. There was a like 2-3 inch gap. Also the hair products were empty and there was an odd residue around the shower. '

'My room wasn't swept nore cleaned properly. No one came to clean it the next day I had to ask for towel trash bags n a broom to sweep the room. I was not impressed at all '
