'We did not use or see the laundry facilities. There were many areas under some type of repair, including loose floor tiles and carpeting. The pool/hot-tub area was pretty beat down and not functioning properly, the changing/restroom was out of order also so there was no privacy in changing or removing clothing, so you either had to scurry through the entire hotel in swimwear or hope you didn’t offend anyone by stripping off in the corner. 'The place smelt like a nursing home and the first room they gave me was dirty and smelt like it hadn't been cleaned at all. I felt like I could still smell the last people who had stayed there. I was moved and the next room wasn't bad but I will never be staying there again.'

'Our newly renovated room was clean however one of the garbage bags was not empty. There was no dishwashing soap or towel to clean the dishes. Not many washcloths for the amount of people that stayed in the room when we got there. And we ran out of tissues pretty quickly. The staff was excellent, every request we had, they responded and acted quickly.'
