'Easy self park and good restaurant'

'Super clean because it was new, and nicely done rooms with great amenities. Bed was comfortable and the large tv's were great. The a/c unit cycled up and down and didn't seem adequate for an apartment sized room but did OK. The water wasn't hot enough regardless the time of day but you won't freeze. In the handicap accessible shower, water will go everywhere in the bathroom and cause a slip hazard. If your room is by the secondary exit, you will hear everything in the stairwell and the door...

'There was no soap in my room. I called the front desk, and was informed there was no soap in the entire hotel. The delivery hadn't arrived on Friday (this was the wee hours of Monday morning). Really?? No soap for basic hygiene for guests and staff? This is a no brainer -- the manager should have made a Costco run or whatever it took. You'd better believe i didn't eat the free breakfast on offer, served by staff who had no soap available for handwashing. Gross.'

'Front desk staff was nice. Gym was kinda small The pillows were horrible. They need to upgrade the pillows!! They were so so soft I used 3 and still had no neck support'

'The room was modern and quiet, but had a strong odor of having been cleaned with an old or dirty rag. The smell lingered throughout the stay. There was also other people's hair on the shower wall, which was off-putting. One set of bed sheets, while clean, had black spotted stains .The breakfast was good and beyond the usual continental sugar carb choices. There were eggs, sausages, fresh fruit and even a waffle maker. The staff was nice but for the price per night, I would expect a higher level...

'Stayed two nights while visiting Portland. It’s conveniently located near highways and interstates. Room was good, clean and came with all necessities. Breakfast was okay, enough to get the day started. '

Pool room had about 3 chairs, no tables, had a high pitched squeal/mechanical whine that drove one to insanity, pool room restroom out of order, rusty and dirty. Extremely disappointing that after after enjoying walking in Portland, state parks and waterfront are the main reasons for tourism, there was not a hot tub for the body to recover. Back patio was dirty and we had to chase RATS away!!!! Advertised as 2 queen room, actually 2 full beds with queen...

'The floors were dirty in the bathroom. Bed sheets had what appeared to be stains! Not sure the bedding/ linen was clean. Smelled like mold and so did I and my clothing! People smoking at entrance from the back resturant made me nauseated.and it followed you into the building. Very run down and old!'
