'This was a cabin which at that time had an outhouse (since upgraded). We thought the property was fantastic and very well equipped kitchen with many amenities (nice shower room, gas fireplace, fire pit with large supply of firewood, charcoal grill, canoe, raft to swim to, intestines, hammock, 2 docks). We had an incredible stay and hope to return next year. '

'This was a lovely get away from the city - about 4 hours from Chicago with an easy drive. It's a new to renting so we were one of the first renters. It's in great shape, it has a grill and the kitchen utensils meant for cabin life. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. 'Cabin was very clean upon arrival. Easy to access. Looks just like the pictures. We had a family of five and one dog. We had more than enough room for all of us to stay comfortably. We appreciate the ability to bring our dog with us on vacation. My only small concern was there were no life vests available for us to use with the kayaks. We had to purchase our own. 'Hello, myself and and a few college buddies were here last week. The place was as advertised and worked out very well for our group. The fishing was great until it turned cold on Thursday. But, board games killed the time perfectly. I would recommend the cabin for sure.'

'We had a great time at the cabin. It was very clean and well maintained. The hosts made sure there was ample water and firewood.The property was beautiful with plenty of options to keep you busy.Bugs were definitely bad, but wearing the right clothing and using bug spray, worked well.I did find some ticks on my dog, but this is the woods and it’s to expected.I will definitely be back!'

'Beautiful sunsets. Wonderful area to kayak. Place was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Pet friendly was a plus for us! Only issue with location is down the street of a shooting range. Shooting range was only noisy for the first night and did not disturb us the rest of our stay. Otherwise a very family friendly area. '
