'The room was clean. The hotel, although full, was nice and quiet. The indoor pool & hot tub was nice, clean and quiet. The shuttle to and from the airport was free and very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel was good. The waitress was lovely. You're a walk away from the mall/shopping outlets, & restaurants. There is a fantastic paved trail behind the hotel along water. '

'Had inquired prior to arrival re shuttle, received no reply. Day of arrival, had to phone hotel for shuttle. Being from Canada is long distance charge. Hotel wants to know which courtesy location I am at, at terminal B. Ask where would I see this, condescending reply, mam signs are all around you. Found one inch sign on pillar. Not impressed.'

'The room was large and extremely clean with a refrigerator and convection oven. It also had real dishes glasses and utensils along with a dish washer and kitchen sink. The staff are very friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. We will definitely stay again. '
