'We were very glad I booked this hotel. I put into consideration that this is a new property and my expectations were high. It exceeded my expectations. Our cozy, spacious room had modern touches. It’s very clean except a little mold behind the bathroom sink. For us, the MOA complex up to Ikea and SM arena is walking distance and took Grab if we didn’t want to sweat. 'The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

'Ok, if you want a fantastic place, great location, perfect grab rides to anywhere (our room to Terminal 3 for $5, can’t be beat and that’s with luggage) super poc Kim and a few other great helpers, this is the one you want to rent, if it’s available. And the room…very nice, spacious super fast wifi with multiple users and no noise!!! Beds are super comfy, a/c’s are fantastic splits, and the location can’t be beat. Steps, yes steps away from Okada without paying that price. Fantastic deal! '
