'Loved this place. Very unique location. However ensure to go to Padre Burgos town and take a boat to the resort. If you drive to resort, you won't have opportunities to book boat tours at the resort. The staff was very helpful in accommodating whatever we were interested in eating and dealing with food allergies. They have kayak for rent to go out in the water. Communication is lacking pre-arrival as the booking agency is not responsive by messaging and phone.'

'If I could rate zero I would. Arrived late from airport. Gate was closed. Rang doorbell for 10 minutes but no one opened. It may be cheap but don't waste your money and your time. It is also a shady area with few streetlights. How others gave good ratings are beyond me.'

'It was what we expected, just for the guests who may want to stay, it's highly budgeted so don't expect Hilton. The things to consider is that ceilings are very low so if you are 6 ft tall beware, Most of the times the lift is not available but being low ceilinged accommodation there are fewer steps to go.. The cups shown in the photos are for show perhaps the hostel should remove that phot as it gives an impression there is coffee making facility. the staff was helpful and courteous, the room...
