'No service offered at all. People are not friendly, pool is ugly. Had to debate at hotel lobby to get our room cleaned. In standard they only do it after your trip. Disappointed experience '

'Nice clean accommodations. Great location. F=Courteous and helpful staff.'

'Not the Mariott experience you would expect and worst F&B program'

'Lieu très bruyant'

'We stay here a lot because our sons live in the San Marco area. It’s location is very convenient for us and we are always pleased with our stay. The staff is so nice, rooms spacious, and a good breakfast.'

'Not impressive to say the least. Smelled like marijuana threw out the lobby area, first floor.'

'I reserved two rooms based on reviews and photos. It was awful. The units smelled like stale smoke. The mattresses and pillow cases were badly stained. The shower was not clean. We ultimately decided, that even though the money was not refundable, that we could not stay there and went somewhere else.'

'Prijs kwaliteitsverhouding is misschien wel correct maar het oogt sober en gedateerd. Weinig spontaniteit bij de receptie en ver buiten de stad. '

'The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly'

'10/10'

'Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean facilities!'

'The property appeared well built with excellent amenities. However, it seemed short on experienced staff & upkeep. Often out off clean towels, etc. Appeared short staffed. Hotel main desk was usually very helpful, though. Nice location.'
