'No service offered at all. People are not friendly, pool is ugly. Had to debate at hotel lobby to get our room cleaned. In standard they only do it after your trip. Disappointed experience '

'Property was under construction. No bar and very limited on the breakfast options. I understand it will be a lot different when completed, but I was not aware of the conditions and would have probably stayed at another location. We had a big group in town for a meeting and the bar/breakfast area was needed to support our working meetings.'

'Not the Mariott experience you would expect and worst F&B program'

'Lieu très bruyant'

'We stay here a lot because our sons live in the San Marco area. It’s location is very convenient for us and we are always pleased with our stay. The staff is so nice, rooms spacious, and a good breakfast.'

The rooms were absolutely perfect—comfortable, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could need. Although our stay was short, I could easily see how this would be an ideal place for an extended stay. It truly has all the comforts of home! The staff...

'Great location, friendly helpful staff, clean facilities!'

'The property appeared well built with excellent amenities. However, it seemed short on experienced staff & upkeep. Often out off clean towels, etc. Appeared short staffed. Hotel main desk was usually very helpful, though. Nice location.'
